We reserve the right to decline or discontinue care if:

You provide inaccurate or incomplete information
The requested service is not clinically appropriate
The provider determines telemedicine is not suitable for your situation

6. Cash-Pay Practice

Write My Prescription currently operates as a cash-pay telemedicine practice and does not bill insurance directly.

Patients are responsible for all applicable visit fees, consultation fees, medication costs, pharmacy costs, and any other charges disclosed before or during the care process.

Medication costs are separate from visit or consultation fees unless clearly stated otherwise.

7. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through an online patient portal, scheduling platform, or other approved method.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, appointment details, health information, and location information.

Appointment availability may vary. Same-day or next-day availability is not guaranteed.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We ask that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a partial fee. If a visit cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our end, you may receive a full refund or complimentary reschedule.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Write My Prescription reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances.

9. Prescriptions

Prescriptions are provided only when medically appropriate and based on the provider’s clinical judgment.

Submitting a request, booking a visit, or completing an intake form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Prescriptions may be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy or an approved pharmacy when appropriate. Medication availability, pricing, and fulfillment are determined by the pharmacy and may vary by state, medication, and pharmacy policy.

Write My Prescription does not guarantee that any specific medication will be prescribed.

10. Medical Weight Loss Services

Medical weight loss services are based on clinical evaluation and eligibility. Treatment may include lifestyle guidance, monitoring, and medication options when clinically appropriate.

Weight loss medications are not appropriate for every patient. Your provider will review your health history, medications, risk factors, and goals before making any treatment recommendation.

Results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary based on medical history, adherence, medication response, lifestyle, and other factors.

11. Patient Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Update your provider about changes in your health or medications
Be physically located in an approved state during the visit
Use a secure and private location for telemedicine visits
Follow provider instructions and seek emergency care when needed
Avoid submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information
Use prescribed medications only as directed

Failure to provide accurate information may affect your care and may result in denial or discontinuation of services.

12. Technology Requirements
